Number two in our Apple Series are Apple chips; easy and healthy snack for everyone of all ages, well 6months and above. Please below one year of age should be supervised.
To get the apples thinly sliced its advised to use a mandolin or a sharp knife and some patience would also do the job.
These can be made in the oven, a dehydrator or like me in an air fryer at 160 Deg C.
You only need one ingredient; THE APPLES
Of course you can season these with warm spices like cinnamon, cloves or ginger. But it works perfect just by itself which is exactly how I made them.
